Richard Tanne Needs Help With WORST FRIENDS!!

"This is sort of a shameless email to write, and I'm cringing as I type but...ya gotta do what ya gotta do, right?

I'm producing and acting in a independent film. We somehow locked a lot of awesome talent in front of and behind the camera. This has nothing to do with my producing skills and everything to do with the great script our director wrote and lucking into having a co-producer who won an Academy Award.

Anyway, here's the shameless part:

We're raising money and we're doing it on this cool little site called kickstarter where you can make a donation (as little as $5). Our minimum goal has been $11,000--the absolute lowest amount we could make the picture for, but now that we've passed that goal, we're aiming to cross the $17,000 mark at which point we can hire more crew, feed that crew, and update our camera package.

There are only a matter of HOURS left to help fund our project.

So, I stand hat in hand, begging you for some change. Every cent counts and goes a long, long way. And if you can't contribute or just don't want to, no sweat, just never hurts to ask, right?
